         9V AA pack w/cap has significantly higher signal str

dave3 launch goals: --fly wiht DNT whole flight --no more power cycling --solar panel at max power point --binary data tranmission --push for 3 nov (jake to confirm wed)

bob: --uaf 5-9 november --battery configuration??? mechanical single pack, electrically 2 --turn on/off logistics --3 (2) more innards with new battery cavity --spin test
